1. About these terms

Vedic Starlight is operated by Meta Bliss 369 (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the service or purchasing a reading, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the service. Provide accurate account information and keep your credentials private. You are responsible for activity under your account and for having permission to submit information about another person.

3. The reading service

Registered users can also generate a free calculated birth chart. This includes chart placements and period dates, with no written personal interpretation or payment required. We save the latest free chart per account and limit new calculations to prevent excessive use. Updating a free chart does not change a purchased reading.

We calculate a birth chart from the birth details you submit and use AI to assist with the written interpretation. Accuracy depends on those details and on the calculation conventions shown with the chart. Review your date, local birth time and selected city carefully before payment.

Human review of generated charts and interpretations contributes to ongoing service improvements. Chart and reading data also support research and development, as described in our Privacy & Cookie Policy.

Readings are for reflection and spiritual exploration. They do not guarantee future outcomes and are not professional medical, mental-health, legal or financial advice. You remain responsible for your decisions.

4. Prices and payment

The regular price of a full detailed reading is $49, currently discounted to $36. Gift purchases currently cost $36 per reading (regular price $49), with the total shown before checkout. PayPal processes payment in USD and may offer conversion to another currency. Review any exchange rate or fees PayPal presents before approving payment.

We begin preparing your reading once payment is confirmed or an available gift reading is redeemed. You can review your details before completing payment.

5. Digital delivery

No physical goods are shipped. Completed readings are available in your account as a chart and downloadable PDF. We also attempt delivery by email. If an email fails or is filtered, the completed PDF remains available from your reading page. Processing times depend on the service and its providers; no fixed delivery time is guaranteed.

6. Gifts

Enter the recipient’s email carefully. The recipient must verify that email before viewing or redeeming the gift. Each entitlement can be used once. Contact support if the recipient address is wrong or a gift has not appeared. Unused entitlements for a fully refunded gift purchase are revoked.

7. Affiliate earnings and payouts

Registered users can share an affiliate link from their account. Commission applies to a referred customer’s first paid personal reading or gift order. A gift order earns one commission regardless of quantity. The first valid referral saved to the customer’s account has no expiry; customers who have already paid, free readings and gift redemption are not eligible.

Your commission rate is shown in your affiliate account and is saved when the referred checkout is created. It cannot exceed the paid order value. Earnings become available once payment is confirmed. Self-referrals, additional accounts used to refer yourself and misleading promotions are not allowed. Disclose that you may earn a commission when sharing your link.

You can request your full available earnings to a PayPal account that can receive payments, after verifying your Vedic Starlight account email. Requests are saved for review, with transfers made manually at month-end. Only one payout request can be open at a time. Check your PayPal email carefully; any PayPal fees or conversion may affect what you receive.

A refunded or reversed purchase, including a partial refund, loses its full commission. If those earnings have already been requested or paid, the adjustment reduces your remaining or future earnings. Contact us about incorrect attribution, a payout problem or an adjustment you believe is wrong.

8. Cancellations, refunds and problems

Reading generation may start as soon as payment or gift redemption is confirmed. For cancellation requests, duplicate charges, missing delivery or a problem with a report, contact astrology@vedicstarlight.com with your reading or gift order ID and payment reference.

Requests are reviewed individually with regard to the work completed, the payment record and applicable consumer law. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Appropriate use and content

Do not misuse accounts, interfere with the service, submit unlawful content, attempt to bypass payment or access another person’s records. Our branding, software and website content belong to Meta Bliss 369 or its licensors. Your purchased reading is provided for your personal use.

10. Privacy and third parties

Our Privacy & Cookie Policy describes how we process information. Payment, mapping and other providers have their own terms. We do not control third-party websites linked from the service.

11. Availability and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Interruptions and errors can occur. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant uninterrupted operation or particular results from a reading, and exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses. These limits do not override liability that the law does not allow us to exclude.

12. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by South African law. Subject to any mandatory protections or jurisdiction rules that apply to you, disputes are handled in Durban, South Africa. We may update the terms and will publish the revised date here.
